This low-impact exercise system emphasises deep breathing and controlled movements. Regular practice will help improve balance, mobility, and functional fitness. It is considered one of the best ways to activate the deep core muscles and keep your back healthy. Most exercises can be tailored to your needs and range in difficulty from beginner to advanced.
Working with me
I love working with one-on-one clients and designing a program that will work for individual needs and movement restrictions. I’m here to provide a non-threatening environment where you feel relaxed and comfortable with working at your own pace. We will build up strength session-by-session and we’ll take it at an easy and graduated pace if that’s what you need.

I strongly believe that it’s important to keep moving through whatever you are experiencing in your life. Large group classes can sometimes be a little overwhelming which is why I like to offer a range of class sizes and types, including personalised and small group classes.
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Cinzia completed her Certificate IV in Pilates and the Diploma of Clinical Pilates through Breathe Education over 5 years ago. She is currently part of the Contrology Collective, Clinical Club through White Dog Studio which is being run by Heath Lander.
