I have been practising Pilates for over 17 years and believe people can find a better quality of life through movement and exercise.

I say this from personal experience. Many years ago, I tried Pilates to find relief from a workplace injury. I was seeing an Osteopathy and Myotherapist to get relief from chronic pain and my Myotherapist suggested I try Pilates. From that first class I immediately experienced something different happening to my body and over time my pain experience was greatly reduced because of the many effects of regular movement.

It improved my mental health, reduced inflammation and I felt so good about exercising. Today, Pilates is a daily routine for me. Whether it be taking virtual classes, attending my own learning and development, or participating in a class at my favourite Pilates studio.
What to expect when you attend a class?
A sense of self-confidence, well-being, and the ability to rise to the challenge. Feel stronger, balanced, and happier!
